lovely stay - Rating 4/5

Crescent House was a lovely warm and inviting place to stay. The double room was a little small but perfectly adequate as only staying one night. The full English breakfast was lovely.

Not a guest house – a home from home! A delight in every sense of the word.

Good location and very comfortable - Rating 5/5

Located close to the Royal Crescent this B&B was comfortable and a little quirky. We were warmly welcomed and take to a small but pleasant room. Breakfast was great and Rita took just enough interest in our trip to make us feel welcome but not overwhelmed. She also dealt well with a noisy fellow customer.I would recommend staying here for tourists and shorter stays, but if you like lots of space be sure to ask for one of the bigger rooms.

Superb location and breakfast! - Rating 5/5

The rooms have en suite toilets/showers and breakfast is served every morning from 8:30-9:30. It was a great stay even if a little small. The matron was amazing! Gave us a map with all of the main sites so that we could walk the town just like we wanted. Her place is perfectly situated a few rows back from the Royal Crescent. We were able to walk a loop hitting all of the major sites, and walked everywhere we wanted to go!Tip:if you walk to Crescent Guesthouse from the train station, make sure to walk through the center of town, down St. James Parade to Monmouth street to Upper Bristol. A367 or James St may say it's quicker but not if you have luggage. A367 and James st do not have good sidewalks and have hills. Center of town is fastest, and it's scenic.
